Partner Since December 15, 2006

Throughout my 25- plus years in practice, I have had the great opportunity to represent clients in a wide array of capacities – ranging from trying their cases in both state and federal courts, to arguing before the Kentucky Court of Appeals, Kentucky Supreme Court, and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, to assisting them with a multitude of issues before both the Kentucky Board of Medical Licensure and well as the Kentucky Board of Nursing.  I thoroughly enjoy all aspects of the litigation process and am actively involved from the pre-litigation investigation of potential claims and advising clients accordingly, up through all aspects of the discovery process, the direct and cross-examination of fact, medical, and other expert witnesses both in deposition and at trial, jury selection, all phases of jury trials, the drafting of appellate briefs, and oral arguments at all levels of appellate courts.  I have experience in multiple areas of the law including medical malpractice, insurance bad faith, legal malpractice, insurance coverage issues, personal injury and wrongful death, and commercial and business torts.
